Golden Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla Cleanse Shake packet, optional {see notes}
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 5 drops liquid stevia, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until very smooth.

Recipe Notes

1 - 2 tablespoons of your favorite vanilla protein powder will work in place of the Vanilla Cleanse Shake packet. You could also forgo it altogether. I really love mango in my smoothie because it creates a creamy texture without using bananas. I purchase frozen mango year-round from Trader Joe's.
