Coconut Oil Fat Bombs with Cacao Nibs + Flake Salt

Vegan, keto-friendly fat bombs made with coconut oil and cacao nibs. See notes below for additional add-ons.

Spray a 12 count muffin pan with coconut oil and set aside.

Whisk together the melted coconut oil, cacao powder and stevia. Equally distribute the chocolate mixture into the muffin pan and sprinkle the cacao nibs into each division. 

Place the tray in the freezer for 5 minutes. Remove and sprinkle on more cacao nibs and salt. Return them to the freezer until frozen. Pop them out and store in the freezer until you are ready to eat. 

The natural swirl happens in the freezer! 

Recipe Notes

If desired, you can use 1 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup in place of the stevia. This coconut and cacao nibs base creates ample room for experimenting. Sometimes I like to add in cinnamon, turmeric, rose petals, etc. Have fun with them!
