How does Lean + Green work?

A week before the program starts your welcome packet will arrive in your inbox. This contains all the information you need on how to properly prepare for the program. Every Saturday morning during the program you’ll get a new packet of handouts and seasonally inspired recipes delivered right to your inbox. This is an accumulative program and the information, resources and recipes will progress accordingly.

You’ll receive {1} 45 minute, in-depth health coaching session with me. During this session we’ll chat about your current health status + eating habits. We’ll set your program intentions and create a personal plan to help achieve your goals. This is your opportunity to ask me everything and anything! Sessions are held the first week of the program via Skype, FaceTime, in-person or over the phone.

Each member will be invited to join the private and super confidential Lean + Green | January group. Think of this group as your own special little club, a safe place to vent your struggles, share your goals, celebrate your triumphs and feel accounted for. The group’s settings are set to the highest level of privacy. I monitor the group daily by answering each and every question you have. I use the group page to send out positive vibes, inspiration and facilitate group discussions. Participation in this group is totally optional, however I’ve found that this resource is an integral part of my client’s Lean + Green experience.

Do I have to live in United States?

You do not! The beauty of this program is that we can work together and you can live anywhere in the world.


Do you accept payment plans?



Will I be hungry?

Definitely not. This program aims to get more nutrient dense foods in your body than ever before. With over 100 plant-based recipes to choose from, you will never go hungry. You will feast upon roasted vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds, legumes, fresh green juices, smoothies, soups, stews, slow-cooker meals, grain bowls, healthy sweet treats and more!


Do I need a juicer?

No. But if you’d like to purchase one, I recommend getting yourself the Breville 5 Speed Juice Fountain, it is the one I own and it’s worth every penny. For its value and affordability, it’s especially great as your first juicer purchase. However, owning a blender is essential. This is the Blendtec I use. But, any blender will do the trick, it really doesn’t have to be fancy – I also own this little baby Bella Blender and use it all the time.


What foods are off limits?

During our 21 days together we will focus on the foods you can eat instead of the ones that are restricted. But technically – you’ll say goodbye to all animal foods {meat, dairy + eggs} and heavily processed foods while limiting your caffeine, sugar and alcohol intake.


If I’m not going to eat meat how will I get enough protein?

By eating a well-balanced, nutrient-dense, whole foods diet, rich in dark leafy greens, beans, legumes + whole grains, you shouldn’t have a problem reaching your daily recommended amount. The CDC recommends the average adult woman needs just 45 grams and the average adult man needs just 55 grams a day. Most adults are easily consuming two or three times that amount! Ample amounts of protein are thriving in whole, natural plant-based foods.


Do I need a Facebook account to enroll?

No, participation in the Facebook group is optional. However I find my clients are more successful and engaged when they are participating in the group sharing and discussion.
