Blind Pilot

The past few days have felt very dark and gloomy, and at times downright terrifying. My stomach aches, and my heart hurts. The world needs more love right now. And, I’m sending all of mine to you the best way I know how. With food.

This cozy bowl of brussels sprouts breadcrumbs magic is kinda basic in all the right ways. The brussels are topped with a warm dressing of ghee sautéed shallots, sage and toasted breadcrumbs, and it basically tastes like stuffing, only less-bready. It’s the best thing I’ve eaten in a really long time, and I don’t generally say that about my own food, but this time I genuinely mean it.
