Beet Grapefruit Green Juice
If you don't have a
juicer
, you could blend the ingredients with 1 cup of filtered water and strain out the pulp.

ruby red grapefruit
peeled
1
medium red beet
trimmed and scrubbed

handfuls of greens {see notes}
4
celery stalks
1/8
teaspoon
pink Himalayan salt
knob ginger {optional}
Instructions
One by one run each ingredient through the juicer.
Then add in the pink Himalayan salt and stir.
Notes
Any greens will work in this recipe. I like to use baby spinach, beet greens, kale or a combination of all.
