Salty Peaches

The longer these peaches soak the better they'll be. You can make them up to 48 hours in advance.

  • 2 peaches diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 


  • Combine the diced peaches, salt and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Stir for one minute. Allow the to rest for 5 minutes. Stir again and serve.
  • Or refrigerate for up to 48 hours, stirring occasionally if desired.
