Ingredients

radishes
thinly julienned
1/4 cup fresh mint
chopped
1/4

fresh parsley
chopped

to taste
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Serve on top of the romanesco veggie burgers, or on tacos or eat it as a salad.
