Everyday Lemon Tahini Dressing
Lightly adapted from Gena Hamshaw’s Power Plates. This recipe is naturally gluten-free, vegan, low-carb and leto-friendly. Store extra dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

tahini

garlic clove
diced

lemon juice

maple syrup {see notes}

Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blender until smooth.
Notes
I used 2 drops of stevia in place of the maple syrup. You can use any sweetener you prefer.
