Everyday Lemon Tahini Dressing

Lightly adapted from Gena Hamshaw’s Power Plates. This recipe is naturally gluten-free, vegan, low-carb and leto-friendly. Store extra dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

  • 1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon warm filtered water
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove diced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup {see notes}
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blender until smooth. 


I used 2 drops of stevia in place of the maple syrup. You can use any sweetener you prefer.
