Frothy Bulletproof Tea Latte

  • For the best tasting cup of tea, heat your water to 200 degrees Fahrenheit (I use this kettle to temp my water). 
  • Steep the tea for 5 minutes, and then discard the tea bag or leaves. 
  • Add the steeped tea to a blender with the cream, salt, MCT oil and stevia if desired. Blend for 20 seconds or until frothy and consume hot. 


You can use any black tea in a bag or 4 grams loose tea. 
Your body may need some time to adjust to MCT oil. Start small and gradually increase how much MCT oil you use each day as you work your way up to a full tablespoon.
