Salt + Pepper Honey Plums

These honey plums get better as they age, so feel free to make them ahead of time. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

  • 4 plums or pluots sliced
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons honey 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


  • In a mixing bowl combine the plums, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir until well-combined.
  • Serve the honey plums over yogurt, ice cream or oats with cacao nibs and more black pepper.
