Vegan Matcha Milkshake Shakes

These shakes are best made and drank right away. MACROS PER SHAKE: 5 grams net carbs, 21 grams of fat, 5 grams of fiber, 12 grams of protein

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder {see notes}
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup zucchini raw + diced
  • 2 teaspoons matcha
  • 1 cup {very cold} lite coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil {see notes}
  • pinch pink Himalayan salt
  • small handful ice
  • liquid stevia to sweeten


  • Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on low. Increase the speed as ingredients start to loosen. 
  • Divide into 2 or 3 glasses and sprinkle with additional matcha to garnish. 
  • Serve and drink cold. 


I use Garden of Life Meal Replacement which is organic, non-GMO, packed with nutrients, vegan, low-carb and keto-friendly. But you can use whichever protein powder works for you. I like to use a refined coconut oil that is odorless and tasteless. Coconut oil is imperative here for texture and body.
