Coconut Oil Fat Bombs with Cacao Nibs + Flake Salt

Vegan, keto-friendly fat bombs made with coconut oil and cacao nibs. See notes below for additional add-ons. MACROS PER BOMB: 1 gram net carbs, 16 grams of fat, 1 grams of protein

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 8 liquid stevia drops (see notes)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao nibs more for garnish
  • flake salt or sea salt to garnish 


  • Spray a 12 count muffin pan with coconut oil and set aside.
  • Whisk together the melted coconut oil, cacao powder and stevia. Equally distribute the chocolate mixture into the muffin pan and sprinkle the cacao nibs into each division. 
  • Place the tray in the freezer for 5 minutes. Remove and sprinkle on more cacao nibs and salt. Return them to the freezer until frozen. Pop them out and store in the freezer until you are ready to eat. 
  • The natural swirl happens in the freezer! 


If desired, you can use 1 - 2 tablespoons of maple syrup in place of the stevia. This coconut and cacao nibs base creates ample room for experimenting. Sometimes I like to add in cinnamon, turmeric, rose petals, etc. Have fun with them!
