Goat Cheese Toasts with Quick-Pickled Blackberries
This recipe can easily be doubled up to make more to accommodate a large party.

Ingredients
20crostini {see notes}
5ounceschèvre goat cheese {see notes}
Quick-Pickled Blackberries {see above}
2tablespoonstruffle honey or plain honey
black pepperto garnish
basil blossoms or basil leavesto garnish
Instructions
Toast the crostini and spread 1 tablespoon goat cheese on each piece.
Top with 2 pickled blackberries and a drizzle of honey.
Garnish with black pepper and basil blossoms, and serve.
Notes
Any bread will work. I used a gluten-free baguette to make these. You could also use this seed bread recipe. If you are dairy-free, cashew ricotta would be a great substitution.
