Brie Crostini with Black Pepper Honey + Pomegranate

Serves 20 crostini



  • baguette {see notes}
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 8 ounces brie
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds


Slice the baguette into rounds, spray with olive oil and toast lightly. 

In a small pan warm together the honey, pepper and salt. 

Place a slice of brie on each crostini, top with a generous drizzle of honey and pomegranate seeds.

Recipe Notes

 I used Schar gluten-free baguettes. But you can use any baguette of your liking.
