Naturally Sweetened Sparkling Ginger Margarita

Naturally sweetened, sparkling ginger margarita.

I really love a margarita.

Like the rocks.

The salt.

The sweet.

The savory.

The whole experience, the whole thing.

Except for – I don’t really like to make them at home. I find them to be so fussy, so sticky. And although I have been making my own fresh sour mix, which is  mega-easy, I am still always left wanting a cleaner, simpler way.

I’ve been constantly working on my margarita recipe through the years. And I’ve finally figured out the best way to do this – sour mix free. This naturally sweetened, sparkling ginger margarita is the answer. Really though, Zevia has become my answer.

Zevia is proudly free of calories, sugar, artificial sweeteners, GMOs and caramel color. It is made with real ingredients and sweetened naturally with stevia. Everything matters to the folks at Zevia. From the packaging they select, to the way they manufacture and transport their products, ensuring they are working as efficiently for the consumer and the planet are of the utmost importance. And I’m proud to partner with them.

Stevia is a sweet little miracle of nature. Originally found in Paraguay, this small shrub, native to the sunflower family, provides two hundred times the sweetness of sugar but, has no caloric value or nor does it raise blood sugar levels. Stevia is one of my favorite ways to sweeten foods, particularly drinks {sparkling water, teas, etc.} naturally. I grow it in my garden!

Zevia makes a variety of products, my favorite is their cola, and another recipe with that is coming soon! In the meantime enjoy a real easy, totally fuss-free sparkling ginger margarita. And also – it’s Margarita Week! Head to Hola Jalapeño to get more margarita recipes in your life.

Delicious Sherrie! I’ve never tried Zevia, but now I’m on the hunt. Those margs are simply gorgeous, thank you so much for sharing them with for Margarita Week.

Oh, I love how easy these are! I need to pick up some Zevia Ginger Ale and try them stat. Also, I never use lemon in my margs and now I feel like I’ve been missing out. The combo of lemon and lime juice must hit all the right spots on your tongue. Hooray for margarita week!

Okay this is brilliant! I am terrible at making cocktails at home, but this looks pretty foolproof. I love that ginger pop, too! Good excuse to break out the tequila.

I’m obsessed with margaritas, so I can’t wait to try yours. That fresh sour mix is calling my name. My list is running rather long from #margaritaweek 2017 so far! xoxo

Love how you used sparkling water! I’m not usually a margarita fan, but a sparkly ginger one? Now you’re talking my language.

I need to look for Zevia! This is a gorgeous cocktail. I’m a huge margarita fan and love how quick and easy this is, yet still made with natural ingredients. This needs to be in my hand this weekend.

I suck at making cocktails and even when I look for a recipe, most often it’s so complicated with a so many ingredients. Loving this one especially since I love ginger.
