Salt + Pepper Honey Plums

Serves 2 cups honey plums

I prefer to use raw, local honey but feel free to use whatever you like. Agave and maple syrup are okay substitutes if you are vegan. These honey plums get better as they age, so feel free to make them ahead of time. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.


  • 4 medium sized plums
  • 1 tablespoon honey {see notes}
  • 1/8 teaspoonpink Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • yogurt
  • cacao nibs


  1. In a mixing bowl cover the plums with the honey, salt and pepper and stir until well-combined.
  2. To assemble the yogurt bowl:
  3. Top the yogurt with plums and a sprinkle of cacao nibs and dive in.
