Salt + Pepper Honey Plums

Serves 2 cups

These honey plums get better as they age, so feel free to make them ahead of time. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.


  • 4 plums or pluots, sliced
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons honey 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


In a mixing bowl combine the plums, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir until well-combined.

Serve the honey plums over yogurt, ice cream or oats with cacao nibs and more black pepper.
